IT Specialist-Network Administration GENERAL PURPOSE:
Administration of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) which includes, but is not limited by, firewalls, routers, switches, WAN Circuits, SIP Trunks, including support of end users, plant floor devices, as well as Microsoft O365 Support. Responsible for all maintenance, upgrades and installation of hardware related to the Local Area Network and Wide Area Network. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Serve as a primary lead for any network, telephone, and network security issues. Assist Information Systems peers and end-users on any wired/wireless network security, data communication, and telephone related issues. Duties include planning, designing, installation, and implementation, administration, troubleshooting and maintaining the corporate network infrastructure; Security / Cisco Firewall / VOIP systems / Switches / Routers / Vlans / Wireless Access Points, WAN Circuits, SIP Trunks, network Uninterruptible Power Supplies Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detections systems. Identify and remedy network performance bottlenecks, monitor system capacity to determine its effect on performance, and recommend enhancements to meet changing demands. Administer all equipment, and hardware and software upgrades for LAN, WAN and wireless deployments. Monitor and analyze network performance across the organizations LAN, WAN and wireless deployments. Administration of IP Phone System Ensure the stable operation and efficient performance of company networks. Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports. Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory integrated based authentication/authorization methods. Familiar with Windows/Linux operating systems, Windows Server operating systems, Office 365 and VMware. Assist with helpdesk support/end user support. Assist and provide guidance to other members of the I.T. team as it pertains to LAN, WAN and wireless deployments. Additional duties as assigned. Uses available methods of education to keep abreast of new software and hardware product developments. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Ensures that all hardware and software is maintained under legal requirements as related to licensing. Associates at all levels must maintain their Roles and Responsibilities as outlined within company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with QS-9000, ISO-9001, and ISO-14001. These industry standards are necessary to ensure continued Customer Satisfaction in relationship with our philosophy of Continuous Quality Improvement. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB INFORMATION:
Our Information Technology Department is a service organization. It is imperative that the associates in this department have the skills and personality to effectively communicate with the users in a professional manner. All associates are to be intentional, hands-on in their responsibility and working with others. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Position requires a minimum Associate Degree. Experience in Network Administration and/or Cisco Certifications is preferred. Experience in Network Security, Windows and VMWARE networking is a must. Understanding of and experience with VLANS, NAT, IPSEC VPN Tunnels, routing protocols, QOS needed. Requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in Network Administration, Microsoft Windows environment, monitoring, analyzing, and administrating Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and wireless deployments. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
