Role and
Responsibilities:
As our Sales Person for OEM Auto Recyclers, you will play a pivotal role in generating revenue and driving sales by promoting our premium recycled auto parts.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Proactively promote and sell OEM auto parts to both existing and prospective customers to achieve revenue targets.
Customer Engagement:
Initiate sales calls to existing customers, assess their parts needs, and offer suitable solutions to fulfill their requirements.
Walk-In Customer Assistance:
Greet walk-in customers with a positive and friendly attitude, providing expert guidance and support throughout their order process.
Prospecting and New Business Development:
Identify potential customers and leads, cultivate relationships, and explore opportunities to expand our customer base.
Order Processing:
Create purchase orders for customers to fulfill their specific parts requirements when items are not in stock.
Order Entry and Review:
Enter new orders into our system, ensuring accuracy in order information, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
Freight Management:
Create bill of ladings for freight shipments and manage freight labels for efficient logistics.
Returns and Refunds:
Process returns and refunds for customers, handling credits, RMAs, and core returns professionally.
Delivery Updates:
Keep customers informed about estimated delivery times, any potential delays, or order issues.
Payment Handling:
Handle credit card payments, credits, and apply CODs directly from customers.
Collaborative Support:
Coordinate with other team members to efficiently pull products for customers.
Adaptability:
Be prepared to assume additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
Outbound Sales Calls:
Conduct outbound phone calls to generate sales for OEM Auto Recyclers.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Familiarity with recycled parts and industry-related terminology.
Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and computer systems.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
