We are currently looking to fill an Off-shift Production Team Leader position at our Bluffton, Ohio Manufacturing Facility.
Responsibilities and Duties Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervise Associates on a daily basis to ensure productivity and quality targets are being met Countermeasure machine, quality and safety problems Report problems to the supervisor Address attendance and performance concerns that could include coaching and counseling of Associate Accountability of their shift's safety, quality and productivity performance and through continuous improvement activities Hold weekly and pre-shift meetings Promote safe working conditions for Associates Schedule weekend and daily overtime for their shift Schedule production and equipment maintenance Administration of company policy, procedures and regulations Qualifications and Skills Requirements include:
Four or more years of manufacturing experience, automotive experience preferred Two or more years of manufacturing front line leadership experience High level of problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and leadership ability Benefits Associates are offered medical with ability to achieve no weekly premium, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, on-site medical clinic, and many other benefits.
